Refund policy

We currently have a NO RETURN POLICY on our products due to the covid-19 pandemic. If you have evidence your item is defective or damaged, please send a clear enlarged picture to urbanrootzartisansoapco@yahoo.com for an assessment of the product or products for a full refund of the item or items excluding shipping costs. You will also need to provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Requests for refunds will not be accepted without contacting us via email along with a picture to assess if a refund is possible. You can always contact us for a refund request or questions at urbanrootzartisansoapco@yahoo.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit to your location.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for the product(s) purchased due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the replacement option is available after assessing the item via email with a clear enlarged photo attached.


Refunds
We will notify you within 5 business days of your email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
